The service

Ratedist provides software over the internet: a channel manager that sends rates and availability to OTAs and receives bookings, and a POS for restaurants, cafés and hotel food & beverage. Features may change and improve over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to, for the roles you give them, and for keeping passwords safe. Tell us right away if you think an account has been misused.

You are responsible for the rates, availability, menus and other data you enter. Prices and availability shown on OTAs come from what you set in Ratedist.

OTAs and other platforms

Your agreements with Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb and other platforms stay between you and them. Ratedist sends and receives data on your behalf but cannot control how those platforms operate, or delays and outages on their side.

Free trial

A free trial may be offered for a limited time. When it ends, the account is paused until a plan is chosen. Your data is not deleted.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly. Channel Manager plans are priced by the number of rooms you sell. You receive an invoice with a payment link (bank transfer, card or QRIS through Midtrans) and a receipt after payment. Tax is added where it applies.

If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, the account may be paused until it is paid. Your data is not deleted.

When you change plans in the middle of a month, the difference is calculated for the remaining days and added to or credited against your next invoice.

Refunds

Fees for a billing period that has started are not refunded. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, contact us and we refund the extra amount to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ratedist to break the law, to send spam, to access another business’s data, or to disrupt the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Ratedist available and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Ratedist is not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event.

Ending the service

You can stop at the end of any billing period. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account ends, you can ask for your data to be exported or deleted.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

If we change these terms, we update the date above and tell active customers by email. For questions, use the contact page.
